In July of 2007 Jacob, Clarissa and Laura Fisher headed up to Alberta, Canada to spend a week wtih our good friend Tashina. It was great fun. Much of our time was spent out on the lake. We made many attempts at everything from skiing, to wakeboarding, to kneeboarding. I think the only conclusion was that neither of us are very skilled with water sports. It was sure fun trying though. We also saw a few of the sights like the largest mall in North American, which is located in Edmonton. Ironically, we also spent most of our time there in the water. There was a waterpark and an amusement park in the mall, but we picked the water. In fact, I'm not sure there was a day when we weren't in the water. You wouldn't think of Canada as the place to go to get a tan, but we definitely did!
